Great tourist spot. On weekends expect a line but everything is organized. Right next door are the "rocky steps" from the scene of the movie.

After running up the Rocky Steps, this is the next stop for all the movie fans. Line up to take a picture with the Rocky Statue and this is the part where you get creative with your poses. The best laugh we got when this dude posed sitting down with a TKO look on his face. Definitely a winning pose over those standard Stand and Smile shots. Kindly be mindful (CONSIDERATE) that this is not your private photo session where you take all kind of angles and head shots cause there's ACTUALLY a LONG line of people who are waiting for their photo ops. Good luck and have fun with your shots. ( yeah its boring but I did a standard hands up in Victory pose).

Big Rocky fan. Big statue Should be In top of stairs. Not the Botton. Also some weird homeless guy tries to take ur picture for tips. It's a free thing to do. Leave the tourists alone. Parking is horrible but there is a hidden garage close. 10 min walk

Seeing statue of a childhood hero was amazing. Although I felt that the statue isn't given a central place in the museum of art. The statue is right next to Philadelphia museum of art. So when going to see this statue, you may set the museum as destination as it will be easier to spot from the road. Do read the text written on the metallic plaque at the bottom of the statue.

If you are going to the Art Museum, you definitely can't miss the Rocky Statue (next to the stairs) and Rocky food print (on top of the stairs). Many tourist coming here for a photos because of the famous movie scene.
